I have spent two decades figuring out how to lose weight.  Having tried many diet (more than once) and used many styles of exercise, I still struggled with the ups and downs of dieting.  I’ve also listened to the struggles people have with losing weight and I know that it doesn’t have to be that way.

Strict dieting usually makes it worse and deleting food groups just isn’t good for a person’s health and spirit in the long run.
