I am happy to report that I am now off of my meds. Thank you so much for your dedication to my personal needs and for helping me alter my diet and lifestyle.  I have to admit that I was skeptical in the beginning, but I am overjoyed that I have created a new life for myself and can be there for my wife. 

So far I have lost 40 pounds and I have 40 to go.

As I was planning a large wedding, I wanted to be in the best shape I could be in. Those photos last forever, am I right? When I decided to work with Amy, I realized I was going to have to make a huge commitment to myself. I had always struggled with my weight but from the moment I got engaged, I knew that I wanted to look and feel my best for my wedding, my honeymoon and for the rest of my life as a married woman.

I had never thought in a million years that I would be able to wear a strapless gown.  I worked out 3-4 days a week and was amazed at the difference after just three and a half months – I had gone from a size 18 to a size 10!  Woo hoo!

By my wedding day, I had gone from 186 lbs to 138 and it was time for a completely new wardrobe.  I had learned that working out and eating right is the right combination to achieve your goals.  I changed my eating habits and cut down my portions while following Weight Watchers.  I’ve added biking, power walking and swimming to my fitness regimen.

It is so wonderful to feel good about myself, like myself and I feel empowered to know that I can accomplish anything.  I’ll never forget the feeling of pride that I had when I walked down the aisle and saw hundreds of people watching me, knowing how far I had come.

I just wanted to send you a note to thank you for your insight and help. Even though I’m sure I wasn’t your least challenging customer, I am truly grateful that I was able to work with you.

So far, I have lost almost 60 pounds. Something that I have never been able to do before. From this, my blood pressure has greatly improved and my asthma appears to be gone. I have my fingers crossed anyway.

I can attest that perseverance and compassion are what got me through this challenge. Thank you for your compassion and perseverance with me and my struggle. I could have never have made the changes without your support.
