My mission with hypnotherapy is to de-hypnotize you from your self-sabotaging belief systems, as some of us call shadow parts, so that you can enjoy your life with freedom and happiness.
All of your experiences are filtered through belief systems that were formed before this moment in time. These belief systems are hooked by emotions and can be used to cause unwanted behaviors and over-reaction to people and events. They can also promote anxiety, depression and even physical illness.
With hypnotherapy, you can overcome triggers to over-reaction, anxiety, peri-menopause issues, self-sabotage, insomnia, and many other emotional and physical concerns. Many of my clients are able to control pain, auto-immune responses and have much better control over their symptoms. They are no longer “victims” to their struggle.
Hypnosis allows you to daydream with your eyes closed so that you remain in control. The subconscious doesn’t know whether something is real or imagined, so the prior over-reactive belief systems can get triggered easily. We work with your mind, consciously and unconsciously so that you can become aware of the originating events that created it and allow it to heal. Then, when I give your subconscious mind an idea to experiment with, your subconscious believes the shift is already occurring.
Working with Hypnotherapy and me is not necessarily a passive process. Your private sessions are custom made for you. You might be asked to listen to an audio, made especially for you, to help you work with mental strategies that will help you feel and behave differently. Your success depends on what actions you’re willing to take to create lasting change.
