Obtain the Skills To Finally
Stop
Smoking
How many times have you tried to
quit smoking? Once, twice, maybe more? Maybe you've tried all sorts of avenues
to continue your search for the next quick quit method (e.g. patches, gum, laser
or medications) No matter how long you have smoked, you need to get to the root
cause or you're more likely to go back to smoking.
Amy's
techniques help you reach into your subconscious mind to work with the habit
center of the brain. Once focus is placed on the root cause for maintaining the
smoking habit/addiction, it can be reframed so that it doesn't trigger your mind
the same way - causing you to smoke.
Most people
quit smoking in two sessions. Those with higher anxiety levels might need more.
Amy can help you assess your needs and to help you understand if hypnotherapy is
an
alternative for you.
Imagine, for a moment, that you are
free from tobacco. Your hair doesn't smell. Your clothes don't smell. You have
more energy and you feel more free and balanced. You're not being controlled by
tobacco.
Notice what it is like to no longer
crave or be controlled by cigarettes. Even withdrawal symptoms can be reduced
or even eliminated when using hypnotherapy as a tool to help you quit smoking.
Anatomy of the Stop
Smoking Program
Your private sessions with Amy are personalized to
your needs. During your
initial session, we will discuss your personal habits with and the addiction of
smoking with smoking. Personalized, healthy suggestion are built from the
information you give Amy so that your session is unique from everyone else. An
alternative healthy habit will be discussed and programmed in the session so
that you find it easier to release the need for a cigarette (pipe, cigar, or
chewing tobacco.) Hypnotherapy will be comfortably introduced and we will
communicate with your subconscious mind to begin releasing your previous
triggers and programming toward smoking. Your subconscious will also be assigned
the work of gathering information that's held in the shadows of the mind that
have their purpose in continuing to smoke and then storing it, safely, so that
it can be reframed in the next session.
The second session includes the reframing of
outdated and unhealthy information (beliefs, thoughts, imprints) while creating
more suggestions that create the internal environment to quit smoking
completely.
Follow-up sessions (if desired) are designed to reinforce
smoking cessation plus allow you to learn to take care of yourself emotionally
and mentally. If you're like most smokers, you smoke out of stress or boredom
(which is actually another type of stress) and you can learn to handle stress
appropriately instead of picking up cigarettes down the road or picking up a
different addiction (which is possible if you don't address how you're handling
stress in your life.)
Most people (94.6%) stop
smoking, completely, by the second session.
Give yourself permission to create a more healthier and happier life. Give
yourself a true sense of security by reducing your chances of getting emphysema,
lung cancer, an anxiety disorder or a host of other illnesses and complaints.
Live life to the fullest and your loved ones will thank you too.
