Stop Smoking In 7 Days                                       

 

How many times have you tried to quit smoking? Once, twice, more than 4 times?  No matter how long you have smoked and no matter how many times you've quit and started up again, hypnotherapy can help you quit for good.

 

Most programs (even hypnotic ones) work with a person's willpower. Willpower is like adrenaline. Adrenaline is used to help you through a physical activity; willpower helps you through a mental activity. They both wear off. Willpower is controlled consciously, while hypnosis works with the subconscious mind.

 

Ms. Hale's techniques are designated for the subconscious mind which is your habit center and works with belief systems. Our subconscious mind is not rational (that's also the job of the conscious mind). Instead it takes in information and beliefs and runs them (like programs on a computer) while keeping them from conscious awareness.
