Stop Smoking In 7 Days                                       

 

How many times have you tried to quit smoking? Once, twice, more than 4 times?  No matter how long you have smoked and no matter how many times you've quit and started up again, hypnotherapy can help you quit for good.

 

Most programs (even hypnotic ones) work with a person's willpower. Willpower is like adrenaline. Adrenaline is used to help you through a physical activity; willpower helps you through a mental activity. They both wear off.

 

Ms. Hale's techniques are designated for the subconscious mind which is your habit center and works with belief systems. Our subconscious mind is not rational (that's the job of the conscious mind). Instead it takes in information and beliefs and runs them (like programs on a computer) while keeping them from conscious awareness. Ms. Hale guides you to access your subconscious beliefs so that you can overwrite them with new information.

Hypnotherapy will be comfortably introduced and we will communicate with your subconscious mind to release your previous programming of being a smoker and create healthy habits, like drinking more water, for you. Most people (94.6%) stop smoking, completely, by the second session.
