Pain Management

When you're in pain, it means there is something wrong in your body.  Persistent pain, such as migraines, can often be debilitating and cause hardship financially, as well as, cause distress with family members.

Many individuals suffer needlessly with unwanted pain.  Using hypnosis and self-hypnosis techniques have helped thousands of people take control of their pain and comfort.  With hypnosis, you can learn to alter or release the aches and pains you have had to endure in the past.

With Amy's help, you have the opportunity to learn how to help yourself manage pain using relaxation, self-hypnosis and guided imagery.  Not only can you manage current, physical pain, but you can also learn to manage the fear of pain.  By working as a team with Amy, you can feel and heal better.

  • Do you want to continue in agony day in and day out or even periodically?   OR

Would you rather live your days and nights in comfort and having the ability to be more productive thereby increasing your income and being able to socialize better?

  • Do you want to feel miserable during meetings or attempting to take care of your children?   OR

Or do you want to be the best parent that your children can have and be proficient in your responsibilities at home and at the office?

  • Do you want to continue feeling imprisoned by your pain, not knowing when it's going to strike next?   OR

Would you like to be able to do anything because Ms. Hale gave you the tools that you need to live life more comfortably?

If you're have trouble assessing what the cause of your pain is, hypnotherapy can also help with this.  Hypnotherapy can help you become more comfortable when you are uncertain why you are in pain.  It can also help you deal with guilt or resentment from an accident.

Hypnotherapy has been used successfully to treat the following:

  • Fibromyalgia

  • Migraines

  • Back and leg pain

  • Painful joints/arthritis

  • Irritable Bowel Syndrome

  • Bruises

  • Accelerated healing after surgery (as well as anxiety before surgery)

  • Reduce scaring.

A medical authorization is required for the use of hypnotherapy for pain management.
