Are you ready to take charge of your mind and face life more calmly?

Anxiety can be many things. It can be a series of irrational thoughts. Anxiety can be very mild, almost undetectable or it can be as severe as panic attacks. Although anxiety can be hereditary, most anxiety can be successfully treated by the cognitive approaches of hypnotherapy.

Have you ever had thoughts like

I just can’t fail this exam.

What if I get on the freeway and a car rams my rear fender?

How could I have said that? I am so stupid.

What do I do when I have to face that person again?

He’ll probably think I’m an idiot. I wish I was better at conversation.

I’d rather die than have to get up and say something to this group.

Anxiety and stress can accumulate over time. If you don’t have a way to release stress, it can build up and cause difficulties later. Accumulation of stress can easily be physically seen through headaches, body pains, and any number of illnesses.

  • Learn to face life's challenges in a calm and peaceful manner.

  • Have time to finish everything that needs to be done.

  • Make plans more easily, knowing that you can follow through successfully.

  • Learn to relax your muscles throughout your body, so that you have less discomfort, less pain and fewer  visits to the doctor.

  • Learn the valuable lessons of body/mind communication so that you can become the controller of how well you are and how you respond to life and living.

  • Motivate yourself to exercise, letting go of bodily and emotional stress in a short amount of time.

  • Learn to identify your triggers and learn better responses to the challenges you face.

  • Build confidence in yourself and how you relate to others.

Testimonial

I believe that I have made significant progress in overcoming my procrastination.  It has amaz-ed me that a little change makes a big improvement.  I have tried without success in the past to work around this limitation until today.  Since my last visit, I have moved our office, redecorated my basement, in the process of learning and new CAD program and am starting a new business partner-ship. This has offered me significant improvement in my lifestyle as I find my-self spending more time with my wife and family....  Edward
